BGA chip rework/reball

One of the most common problems encountered in repairing laptop, computers, game consoles is when the surface mounted Chip such as CPU / GPU / APU has to be removed from the motherboard / logic board in order to be reballed and installed back on to the motherboard / logicboard. This process usually resolves issues with laptop having graphic issues, and game consoles not turning on properly.
